Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we do!  Please see “Shipping Rates” for pricing and transit times.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Pitbull Clothing, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost? 
We ship only via USPS and offer Standard and Expedited shipping speeds for domestic orders. All international orders will ship Standard. Domestic orders over $25 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Please click here to see our Shipping Rates.

How do I track my order? 
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.  This email contains your order number, full order details, and a tracking number. You may track the status of your order by clicking here or going to USPS.com.

For any further inquiries, please email your order number and question to customersupport@pitbullclothing.com We will respond with your order’s status within one business day.

What size should I order? 
Please check out our detailed sizing page here. If our sizing page isn't helpful, please email the item’s name or SKU number (ie. M301) to customersupport@pitbullclothing.com

I was sent an incorrect or defective product. 
If you received the wrong product(s) or the product(s) received are defective, please contact us immediately before shipping back any items. You can contact us via email at customersupport@pitbullclothing.com or by phone M-TH 8-4, Fri 8-1 PST at 800.524.2350. Please be ready to provide your order number and a specific explanation of the issue.  We will jump right on it and take care of everything for you!

How do I exchange/return an item I purchased? 

If you received an incorrect or defective product please read the instructions above.

Sale items are noted with a “Sale” Icon and are applicable for exchange or store credit only, they are not eligible for refund.

All orders that qualified for free shipping which have been returned will have the shipping amount deducted should the amount of the return reduce the order total to less than the amount to qualify for free shipping.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains and tags still attached. 

If you would like to request a return/exchange and you fall within our policy guidelines, please e-mail us at customersupport@pitbullclothing.com Please be sure to include the following in your email:

  • CONTACT INFORMATION WITH BEST TIME TO REACH YOU
  • ORDER NUMBER
  • ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
  • ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR IF APPLICABLE
    REASON FOR EXCHANGE/RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost to return or exchange items to Pitbull Clothing. We understand that special circumstances for this policy may apply due to damaged items or shipping errors. Please be advised that any receipts for return shipping will be submitted to the Sales Manager but not all requests will be granted.
 
The name on your credit card bill will be Pitbull clothing Co. or Fitness Wear Direct.

How long will it take to get my order?:
All international orders will ship within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. Transit times range from 6-14 business days.

All Domestic orders ship within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. Transit times range from 3-6 business days.

  • What name will appear on my credit card bill? 
  • Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email? 
    Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there, you can email us at customersupport@pitbullclothing.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.
  • How can I make a change to my order? 
    If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please call or email us RIGHT AWAY at customersupport@pitbullclothing.com / 1-800-524-2350. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
    If your order has not yet been shipped, we MAY be able to make the change for you. Please include the Pitbull Clothing order number (ie. PB-1000), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.  We will respond right away to confirm whether the change is possible.
  • I have a great idea for a new shirt design or product! 
    We love hearing your ideas and suggestions!  If you have an idea for a Pitbull Clothing t-shirt or would just like to see something new from us, please email it to us at customersupport@pitbullclothing.com  Feel free to send a sketch if you like, but you don’t need to.  We’ll take a look and consider adding your product idea to our collection!
  • Once your request is received, we will reply with your Return Authorization (RA) number and full return instructions.
