We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pitbull Clothing. If you’re not, and would like to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below. If you received an item in error or a received a product that is damaged or defective please contact us immediately before returning the item to us.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains. Items returned worn or damaged will be returned to you with no credit issued. Exchanges are only valid for an item of equal price and subject to availability. You may also select an in house credit in the form of an electronic PitbullClothing.com Gift Card for the value of the returned item. Please follow these simple steps:
 
1. Email customersupport@pitbullclothing.com, or our convenient contact us form for an RMA number.

2. Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Include your original invoice or a note indicating whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange, the reason for the return and what item you would like to exchange for if applicable.

3. Mail your return to:

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost to return items to PitbullClothing.com. We understand that special circumstances for this policy may apply due to damaged items or shipping errors. Please be advised that any receipts for return shipping will be submitted to the Sales Manager but not all requests will be granted per our policy.

Sale items are noted with a “Sale” Icon and are not eligible for a refund. You may exchange or receive store credit only. Clearance items are noted with a “Clearance” Icon and are not returnable or exchangeable. All orders placed through any 3rd party deal/voucher sites such as Living Social are final sale.

All orders that qualify for free shipping which have been returned will have the shipping amount deducted should the amount of the return reduce the order total to less than the amount to qualify for free shipping.
 

All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements
