Your status:

By placing an order through our website you confirm that you are legally qualified to enter into binding agreements and that you are at least 18 years old.

 

Basis of sale:

All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance by these terms and conditions.

 

The following is required to create a contract between you and us.

An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by PITBULL.

 

Prices and Payment:

The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our website, except in the case of obvious errors. This receipt does not constitute a contract and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price or any other reason, as we see fit.

Please further note that PITBULL shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not your credit card has been charged.

If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, PITBULL shall refund the money to your credit card account.

 

Ownership:

This website is the official website of PITBULL. The copyright and database rights are owned by PITBULL. The website and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to rights in the website as a database) such as its text, design, graphics and the selection, organisation and arrangement. The PITBULL trademark and all other trademarks, logos and trade names depicted on the website also belong to PITBULL.

 

Warranty:

We warrant that any product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, please contact us by sending us an E-mail at contact@pitbull.store within 2 weeks. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order. If an obvious defect is noticed by you within 2 weeks from the date of delivery of the products, we will replace the defective product at our cost with a product of similar or better value.

 

Exchange or refund:

Products such as underwear, products on sale and customized products at the request of the buyer are not eligible for a return or an exchange.

You may return any products to us by post at your own cost and risk.

Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit. We recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery service.

Please pack the products together properly and securely to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit.

If the returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for (or refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

PITBULL shall not be liable for any particular or significant damages that result from the use the inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if PITBULL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
